Cosmic Environment Alignment — Client Agreement

By enrolling in Cosmic Environment Alignment (“the Container”), you (“Client”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
This agreement exists to protect the integrity of the work, clarify expectations, and create a grounded container for deep environmental and energetic alignment.
1) Purpose & Scope of Work
Cosmic Environment Alignment is a multi-session container designed to support energetic flow, stability, and alignment through a combination of:
Astrology-based environmental clarity (including astrocartography/topography guidance, as applicable)
BaZi Five-Element snapshot used as an elements-only diagnostic (no predictive or identity framework)
Feng Shui principles and Bagua-based zone guidance
Space clearing / energetic alignment work and intuitive environmental recalibration
This container is intended to support energetic coherence in the home environment, improve flow, and align the space with Client’s current life stage and goals.
Client understands that results can be subtle, cumulative, and may unfold over time.
2) Structure of the Container (10 sessions)
This offering includes 10 sessions, delivered remotely:
✅ Session 1: Clarity & Orientation
chart/environment review
element diagnostics (BaZi elements-only snapshot)
astrocartography/topography lens
environmental priorities + plan for the home
✅ Sessions 2–10: Bagua Zone Alignment Sessions
Each session focuses on one Bagua zone and includes:
live coaching/clarity discussion and recommendations
targeted space adjustments and zone guidance
energetic clearing/alignment work performed during/after the call
follow-up notes/recommendations as included in your offering
Client understands this is a full-home process and works best when followed as a sequence.
3) Scheduling Flow & Container Pace
Client agrees to begin with Session 1: Clarity & Orientation.
Subsequent sessions are scheduled in a practitioner-led rhythm, typically bi-weekly, depending on:
Client capacity
home complexity
energetic density / stabilization needs
Client understands:
this is not meant to be rushed
the home requires integration time between shifts
consistency supports the strongest results
4) Client Participation & Implementation
Client understands that environmental change is co-creative. Jennifer provides guidance, clarity, and energetic alignment support; Client implements changes in the physical environment.
Client agrees to:
participate honestly and openly
follow through on recommended adjustments where possible
communicate constraints (budget, rental limitations, partner dynamics, etc.)
take responsibility for decision-making in the home
Client understands that there is no “perfect feng shui home” — the goal is supportive energetic flow, not perfection.
5) 48-Hour Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
Due to the nature of energetic preparation and container pacing:
Client may reschedule or cancel any session with at least 48 hours notice without penalty.
Late Reschedules/Cancellations (within 48 hours)
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are considered late and the session credit is counted as used.
Emergency Exception
If a true emergency occurs (acute illness, accident, serious family event), Client may request one compassionate reschedule. Exceptions are granted at Jennifer’s discretion.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without communication are considered no-shows and count as used.
6) Completion Window
This is a structured, multi-session container. Client agrees to complete the 10 sessions within:
6 months, with a maximum grace period of 8 months total (if disruptions occur)
Sessions not used within the completion window may be forfeited.
This protects the energetic integrity and continuity of the process.
7) Payment Terms (Pay-in-Full + Payment Plan)
Client agrees to the payment option selected at checkout.
Pay-in-Full
Payment is due in full at purchase.
Payment Plan
Payment plans are offered as a convenience option and do not change the total commitment.
8) Payment Plan Default & Non-Payment
Client understands that a payment plan is a financing option and does not change the total financial commitment of the container.
If a payment fails, is declined, or becomes overdue:
Jennifer may pause scheduling access and/or pause sessions until the account is brought current
Jennifer is not required to hold session times for accounts not in good standing
The Client remains responsible for completing all remaining payments, regardless of participation level or scheduling pace
If payments remain unpaid beyond a reasonable grace period, Jennifer reserves the right to consider Client in default and discontinue services.
9) No Refund Policy
Because this is a reserved multi-session container that includes energetic holding, preparation, and capacity reservation:
All payments are non-refundable, including pay-in-full and payment plan purchases.
10) Scope of Practice / Practitioner Disclaimer
Jennifer provides intuitive spiritual guidance and energetic alignment support, including feng shui-based and astrology-informed environmental clarity.
Client understands:
Jennifer is not providing professional architectural, engineering, legal, medical, or mental health services
feng shui recommendations are interpretive and energetic in nature
Client is responsible for decisions, purchases, physical changes, and implementation
If Client requires structural, electrical, plumbing, mold, safety, or health-related assessments, Client agrees to consult qualified licensed professionals.
11) Confidentiality
Client information is held confidentially and used only to support this container, except where disclosure is required by law.
12) Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing Cosmic Environment Alignment and checking the agreement box on the intake form, Client confirms they have read and agree to all terms in this agreement, including scheduling policy, payment terms, completion window, and the no-refund policy.
