Mid-month, we meet for a short integration call. This keeps momentum alive, supports decision-making, and helps you stay consistent. This is accountability, alignment, and activation — where you step forward.
1 x 30-minute Integration Call each month
💧 WATER — Transmission (Emotion)
You receive a monthly elemental transmission — a 20–30 minute yin-based video to soften emotional blocks, calm your field, and help the body shift in its own timing.
This is something you can return to repeatedly throughout the month.
