Six-Month Cosmic Embodiment Journey — Client Agreement

By enrolling in the Six-Month Cosmic Embodiment Journey (“the Journey”), you (“Client”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

This agreement exists to protect the integrity of the container, support clear expectations, and create a grounded structure for deep work.

1) Purpose of the Journey (What this container is)

The Six-Month Cosmic Embodiment Journey is a high-touch, structured mentorship container designed to create lasting energetic change through three layers of work:

Mind (Air): Cosmic clarity + astrology-based insight
Body (Earth/Water): embodiment + nervous system support + energetic regulation
Integration (Fire/Water support): monthly integration guidance and transmission support (as included in your selected journey format)

This is not a “one-off” service. This is a contained relational journey — meaning the results are built through consistency, pacing, and integration.

The Journey is designed for clients who are ready to:

regulate the nervous system
shift recurring patterns
stabilize identity and direction
integrate insight into real-life change
embody a deeper level of truth, clarity, and alignment

2) What the Journey includes (Structure + Sessions)

The Journey includes the following sessions scheduled across approximately six months:

✅ 1 Intake & Orientation Session (Start Here)

✅ 6 Clarity & Astrology Sessions (Air)

✅ 6 Embodiment Sessions (Earth/Water)

✅ Monthly integration + support resources (as offered in the Journey)

Total: 13 scheduled sessions across six months.

Client understands this container is designed to be experienced as a full sequence. Each stage builds on the one before it.

3) Scheduling flow (How booking works)

After purchase, Client will receive booking instructions through Acuity.

Client agrees to book the sessions in this sequence:

Intake & Orientation (Start Here)
Clarity/Air and Embodiment/Earth sessions are booked after the intake call, spaced in a practitioner-led rhythm

This structure ensures Jennifer can:

review intake details
do pre-session energetic preparation
create accurate chart-based clarity
hold container pacing in an ethical and grounded way

4) Session pacing + container integrity

Client understands:

this work is most effective when paced intentionally
sessions are not meant to be “crammed” into short time windows
embodiment requires integration time

Jennifer may recommend spacing sessions bi-weekly or in a rhythm that supports nervous system capacity.

This is not a “book everything whenever” type of package.

It is a practitioner-guided container.

5) Preparation time + astrology reading time

Client acknowledges that astrological clarity sessions require behind-the-scenes preparation. Jennifer schedules her calendar intentionally to allow for chart review and energetic preparation.

Therefore, Client agrees to:

book sessions with adequate lead time
honor the 48-hour policy (below)
understand that last-minute scheduling may not be available

6) 48-hour cancellation / reschedule policy

Jennifer holds a 48-hour scheduling boundary for all Journey sessions due to preparation time, container pacing, and energetic holding.

Standard Policy

Client may cancel or reschedule any session with 48+ hours notice without penalty.

Late reschedules or cancellations (within 48 hours)

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the session time are typically counted as a used session credit.

This protects Jennifer’s time, prep energy, and calendar structure.

Emergency exception (compassion clause)

Jennifer understands that life happens. If Client experiences a true emergency (example: acute illness, accident, serious family event), Client may request a compassionate reschedule.

Emergency exceptions are limited
Approval is at Jennifer’s discretion
This does not apply to general schedule conflicts, travel, forgetting, or poor planning

No-shows

If Client does not show up and does not contact Jennifer, the session is considered a no-show, and the session credit is counted as used.

7) Completion window (important)

This is a six-month container.

Client agrees to complete the Journey within 6 months, with a maximum grace period of 8 months total if schedule disruptions occur.

This protects container integrity and avoids the pattern of clients “dragging containers out” indefinitely.

Unused sessions beyond the completion window may be forfeited.

8) Payment terms (Pay in full + Payment plans)

Client agrees to the payment option selected at checkout.

Pay-in-full

Pay-in-full is due immediately at purchase.

Payment plan clients

Payment plans are a convenience option and come with the same commitment level as pay-in-full.

Client agrees:

to complete all payments in full
that missed payments may result in paused session access
that the session container continues as payments remain current

If a payment fails:

booking access may be paused
sessions may be suspended until the account is current

Jennifer is not required to continue holding the container for accounts not in good standing.

Payment Plan Default & Non-Payment

Client understands that a payment plan is a convenience option and does not change the total financial commitment of the Journey.

If a payment fails, is declined, or becomes overdue:

Jennifer may pause scheduling access and/or pause sessions until the account is brought current.
Jennifer is not required to hold session times for accounts that are not in good standing.
The Client remains responsible for completing all remaining payments of the payment plan, regardless of whether sessions have been scheduled or attended.

If payments remain unpaid beyond a reasonable grace period, Jennifer reserves the right to consider the Client in default and discontinue services.

9) Refund policy (No refunds)

Because this is a reserved container with preparation time, energetic holding, and scheduling commitment:

All payments are non-refundable.

This applies to:

pay-in-full purchases
payment plan purchases
partially completed journeys
unused sessions

Client understands that purchasing the Journey creates an energetic and scheduling commitment that cannot be undone.

10) Client responsibilities (participation + integration)

Client agrees to take responsibility for their participation and integration, including:

completing the intake form honestly and fully
arriving on time to sessions
doing integration practices between sessions when provided
communicating respectfully and transparently
reaching out if emotional overwhelm arises so pacing can adjust

Client understands this is collaborative work.

11) Scope of work / Practitioner disclaimer

Jennifer provides intuitive insights through astrology, energetic clarity work, and embodiment support.

Client understands:

Jennifer is not providing psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or medical care
this work does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions
this work is not legal, financial, or medical advice

Client remains fully responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes.

If Client needs medical or mental health support, Client agrees to seek licensed providers.

12) Energetic consent + boundaries

Client consents to receiving energetic work and subtle-energy support.

Client understands:

energy work is experiential and non-linear
outcomes vary
Jennifer does not guarantee specific results
the practitioner’s role is to support alignment, regulation, and integration — not to control outcome

Jennifer holds boundaries and does not engage in:

crisis counseling
24/7 on-call emotional support
ongoing texting for processing unless explicitly included

13) Confidentiality

Everything Client shares is held confidentially and used only to support this container, except where disclosure is required by law.

14) Agreement acceptance

By booking or participating in the Journey and checking the “I Agree” box on the intake form, Client confirms:

they have read and understood this agreement
they consent to the session structure + energetic work
they agree to payment terms, container pacing, and scheduling policies
